WHAT THE MOVIE CATEGORIES MEAN:

  • category “A” – “Recommended for children”

  • for category “B” – “No age restrictions”

  • for category “C” – “Not recommended for children under 12 years of age”

  • for category “C+” – “Not recommended for children under 14 years of age”

  • for category “D+” – “Not recommended for children under 16 years of age”
  • for category “D” – “Prohibited for children under 16 years of age”

  • for category “X” – “Forbidden for children under 18 years of age”

UNDER WHICH CATEGORY WHICH CHILDREN CAN ATTEND SCREENINGS:

  • For categories “A” and “B” – there are no restrictions.
  • When showing category “C” films, children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the cinema, unless accompanied by an adult.
  • When showing films of categories “C+” and “D+”, children under the age of 14 or 16, respectively, are not allowed in the cinema, unless accompanied by an adult.
  • When showing category “D” films, children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the cinema (regardless of whether they are accompanied by an adult).
  • Children under the age of 18 are not allowed to watch films rated “X” (regardless of whether they are accompanied by an adult).
